RETURN POLICY:
We stand by our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your money back, no questions asked! All we ask from you is that you cover the shipping to return the item to us.
To return any item please reach out to us at freedombiblechurchmt@gmail.com or through our website within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We ask that you do not alter, wash or wear (with the exception of trying on) any item(s) that are going to be returned. All money is returned to the card that was used to purchase any item(s) through our website.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellations will not be accepted once the item(s) have been ordered, paid for, or printed.
SHIPPING INFO:
Please allow 7-10 business days for production prior to shipping. All items are handmade and made to order. Thank you for your business!
Free shipping is only offered in the lower forty-eight (48) states of the United States. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and international will be calculated at the normal shipping rate for the time of purchase through the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) OR through United Parcel Service (UPS).
Freedom Bible Church does not set shipping rates for any item(s) that are shipped. Free shipping is only offered on purchases over One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in US Currency.
COLOR DISCLAIMER:
Due to variations of color settings and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, it is unavoidable that colors will appear differently for everyone. Freedom Bible Church assumes no responsibility and we make no guarantees regarding color matches of product, either within an order or in a reorder. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our website will exactly match the color of the product. If you have any questions about a particular color or shade, please contact us at freedombiblechurchmt@gmail.com or through our website prior to placing any order.

Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, we do not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture, or appearance of the actual apparel. Apparel fabric colors which are shown online are approximate only and may have variations in color, hue, and tone, especially from one size group to another. Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone, or any other display settings.

Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time-to-time product sizing may vary slightly. Freedom Bible Church apparel is not responsible for sizing variations in the manufacturing process. Merchandise is created based off your exact order. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and or colors.
CUSTOMER SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCT INFO:
Any item that can be customized as a “special order” we ask that you please make sure to check double check, and triple check your spelling, Freedom Bible Church is not responsible for but not limited to spelling errors, design errors, or any other error that could be made by the consumer.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
Freedom Bible Church reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part that may contain items deemed inappropriate by Freedom Bible Church including but not limited to profanity, racial slurs, nudity, sexual content, copywrite material, or any matter that goes against our biblical beliefs. Freedom Bible Church is not responsible for, or to be held liable for any fees, costs, or monetary compensation due to cancelation of such order(s). If Freedom Bible Church declines any order the amount that you paid for the item(s) will be refunded the full amount. Please note that Freedom Bible Church will not provide any information on declined orders other than “This order has been declined by Freedom Bible Church and you will be issued a refund.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive the item(s) and they pass quality inspection, Freedom Bible Church will issue the refund amount within three (3) business days. It will be up to your banking institution to release the funds back into your account according to their policies and procedures.
